Projects that Mark has consulted on include:
- Artesian Media – Mark works with this web design and multimedia consulting firm on an ongoing basis, providing technical knowledge and wireless industry insight as well as testing of website designs on a multitude of mobile platforms.
- Spee Dee Delivery – Spee Dee developed a package and fleet tracking application in house. Mark consulted with Spee Dee’s team on overall system design, Bluetooth integration and a complete redesign of the handset's user interface.
- Simon Delivers – Simon Delivers, now Coburns Delivers, was the first grocer in the United States to extend their on-line ordering capabilities to the mobile browser. Mark worked with the Coburns team on overall site design and browser testing. Mark also worked with Coburns and Research In Motion to develop a BlackBerry application and marketing support for the ordering site.
- General Dynamics / National Security Administration – Mark provided technical support to General Dynamics’ team and their partners at the NSA during the development and roll out of the General Dynamics’ Sectera Secure GSM phone.

Marquis Mobile Solutions provides customized training for everyone from wireless sales teams to enterprise network administrators to smartphone users. Marquis has provided training for hundreds of users around the United States.
Some of the trainings we have provided include:
- Hays Companies – Marquis Mobile Solutions, through its partnership with CyberAdvisors, Inc., provided this national insurance company’s employees with hands-on BlackBerry training in house and remotely via web collaboration.
- Select Communications – Marquis holds monthly “data breaks” for Select’s business, retail and dealer sales personnel. Training’s usually focus on recent product and service offerings, but have also included Social Networking in a Mobile World, Mobile Media Applications, and Retail to Business Sales.
- Community Education – Mark Jenkins, Marquis’ President, offers inexpensive end-user classes through several community education programs in the Minneapolis / Saint Paul metropolitan area.

Over 70 wireless dealers around the country use this service to supplement their cellular carrier’s sales support options. - Think Wireless – As one of the Midwest largest Verizon Master Agents, Think Wireless provides its dealers with easy access to their own on-demand sales engineer.
- Fast Wireless – This small town Minnesota wireless store uses this program to provide excellent wireless data support to its customers. This support was instrumental in the discovery and closing of a 100+ line wireless data sale to a national company.

Marquis Mobile Solutions now offers e-mail and phone support for individuals. This is the exact same level of support that is used by wireless dealers throughout the country.
BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) Maintenance and Administration
Marquis provides monthly on-site maintenance for your BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) or BlackBerry Professional Software (BPS). These visits include installing software updates, checking error and performance logs, as well as fixing any general maintenance issues that are identified. We also provide real-time server monitoring and administration using Rove Mobile Admin. This gives us the ability to respond to server issues and user administration request directly from our BlackBerries.
- Minneapolis Glass - Through our partnership with Select Communications, we provide Minneapolis Glass with regularly scheduled server maintenance. We have also worked with Minneapolis Glass' contract IT provider to upgrade and move their BlackBerry Enterprise Server onto a virtual server platform.
- Nutty Boyz Entertainment Group - In addition to providing monthly BlackBerry Enterprise Server maintenance, Marquis is collaborating with Nutty Boyz to provide mobile data services and support to their clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
- Select Communications – Select takes advantage of Marquis’ monthly on-site maintenance and real-time remote monitoring and administration services. Marquis Mobile Solutions’ Extra-Net site is a comprehensive collection of wireless data resources for wireless data dealers, network administrators and IT service providers. Marquis provides e-mail notification to its customers when Extra-Net content is updated.
